Product Description

DC-GP-20BW2 laser marking machine adopts the international advanced 20W pulsed lasers, with imported high-precision, high-speed optical scanner system and the focusing system.

Machine fully enclosed design, the natural air-cooled, red indicates positioning, completely main machine power and control part of the highly integrated, so that installation and operation is very simple and free, completely done, "fool" mode of operation.

No.3 Laser Marking Controller

This marking controller improves at least 30% in efficiency and precision.

No.4 Laser marking board

With USB interface, physical DSP processor and developed with dual-cache architecture. Powerful features are widely used in dynamic mark on the fly, rotary axis mark and flow operations, support digital / analog galvanometer control and XY Table control. Suitable for high-end laser marking and development.

No.5 Scan Lens

All lens adopt imported ZnSe materials. On the basis of ensuring marking precision, this scan lens have a longer span life and dramatically reduce the trouble of assembling and debugging.

No.6 Beam Expander

Selecting the right beam expander must fit the size of scan head aperture. Composed of one convex and one concave lens, appropriate lens diameter, beam expander lower the laser beam loss and machine consumption, to get the most precise marking.
