RO ( Reverse Osmosis ) :

Reverse osmosis (R/O) is a water treatment process in which water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that has very small holes or "pores". Clean water passes through and impurities that are too big to pass through the membrane are left behind and flushed away. In a word, it is a machine to make pure/ultra pure water.
RO Application:

food,dairy,beverage,biology and pharmacy,boiler,brewing,electronic,electric appliance,electroplate,leather,printing and dying,painting and dying,paint,chemical industrial,surface treatment etc,supply water treatment production line and all other industrial equipment of de-ionised water

RO Production Flow Chart:

Raw Water Tank→Raw Water Pump→Quartz Sand Filter→Active Carbon Filter→Water Softner (Sodium Ion Exchanger)→Precision/Micron Filter→Reverse Osmosis Device(Including Chemical Cleaning Device)→Post Treatment Like Ozone Sterilizer→UV Sterilizer, Etc →Pure Water Tank

RO Components:

1. Raw water pump—To provide initial pressure to sand/carbon filter

2. Sand filter—To reduce turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloidal matter.

3. Carbon filter-- To reduce free chloride, organic matter and turbidity.

4. Softener ---Hard water is softened by removing the calcium magnesium it contains.

5. Micron filter—To prevent any deposition of large Particles, some bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The filter size is 5 microns for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.

6. High pressure pumps-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane

7. RO system --RO system is the heart part of pure water plant. The RO systems are capable of removing over 98% of ions, bacteria, particles and 98% of organics and silica

8. RO Cleaning& Protection System--RO system is flushed and CIP Cleaned by our integrated cleaning system. Chemical Dosing System for Scale Prevention in RO.

9. Pipeline & Fittings –To interconnect the RO Components and regulate the system parameter

10. Instrumentation & Panel –To allow for both Auto and Manual Operation, Safety Cut Off , Motor Burn Protection , Pump Dry Run Protection .

11. Post Treatment As Per Application – Ozonation , PH Boosting, U V Sterilizer, Degasser, Re-Mineralization, De Mineralization Etc.
