1 Product overview
SCBH15 Series amorphous alloy transformers are efficiency energy-saving type, which combine the advantage of low-loss of amorphous alloy and good- insulation and high mechanical strength of traditional epoxy resin cast transformer. Compared with the traditional SCB10 series silicon steel dry-type transformer, its no-load loss reduce by about 70%, the no-load current decreased by about 80%, additionally the operating temperature reduced by 30-40
℃, and the service life increased by 10 years.
   Moreover,SCBH15 Series transformers have the advantages of fire resistance, flame retardant, high reliability and maintenance free, which can be used in the power load center, suitable for places required fire protection and high safety.
2 Process and material features
① Cores:
Using amorphous core from ZY amorphous, Adopting our company patent technology core pulling plate ,which makes the transformer has ultra-low working noise.
Additionally, the core adopt tripod and core bar uprising technique, which makes the maximum capacity of the transformer can reach 6300KVA.
② Coils
High-voltage coil use high quality class F insulation copper wires and international advanced insulation materials, The larger capacity coil is equipped with heat emission airflue along the axial direction. This structure makes product has good resistance to current shock, temperature resistance, cracking resistance and excellent heat dissipation. High-voltage transformer shaft adopt -ARROL curve technique which collected our company  experience  over 10 years, eliminate resonance between coils and cores
Low-voltage coil adopt the structure of foil winding  effectively solves the problem about non-equilibrium ampere turn of low-voltage and high-current coil. At the same time, there is no axial turn and axial winding angle of the foil coil, which effectively eliminate the axial force of the transformer, ensure current density of the coil adjusted freely according to the load distribution of the high-voltage coil and reduce the radial force  at the moment of  low-voltage sudden change to short circuited. Coil end after winding is sealed and curing by resin, so as to avoid the entry of various foreign bodies and moisture.

③ Tap changing apparatus:
  high-voltage side winding of transformer as backup in case of no-voltage and no-current which can adjust voltage tapping point. this voltage tapping point stem from winding surface so that it can switch and adjust the tap voltage after cutting off the electricity(In the condition of no-voltage ).
Tapping points of low-voltage side winding are led out through cooper bus-bar and are fixed on the upper clamp.
④ Temperature control device:
Temperature control device adopting dual sensing principle about PTC nonlinear resistance and PT100 linear resistance,and useing LED temperature display. It has the function of setting the temperature, keeping the highest temperature value, automatically sending out alarm trip signal, and automatic operation or manual operation to start or stop fan
⑤ Air cooling system:
Generally ,transformer cooling-down method use natural air cooling (AN), this way can continuous output rated capacity. if user needs, air cooling system can be equipped with.
The fan is controlled by the temperature control device, which can automatically start or stop, so as to ensure the cooling effect of the transformer under rated load
⑥ Protective casing
According to user requirements , it can be equipped with ordinary steel shell, stainless steel shell, aluminum alloy material protective shell and silencer shell.
3 Performance advantages
①Ultra low loss,energy and high electricity efficiency --- loss saving 70% compared with the traditional transformer no-load electricity consumption
②Three column amorphous core ,adopting the invention patent technology which has Ultra low working noise and solve thoroughly high working noise.

④low working temperature,the full load operating temperature less than 70℃,the insulation degradation slow so that the service life is long very much.
⑤High overload capacity,high mechanical strength.
⑥The amorphous core retain has the characteristics of low iron loss and low magnetizing current when passing high frequency flux, so it will not cause core saturation and posses good harmonic resistance.

Operating Temperature

Harmonic Resistance
The excellent magnetic properties of amorphous cores are not affected by the harmonic voltage. Silicon steel core by harmonic voltage intrusion will produce a higher iron loss and noise.
1 . Amorphous material with excellent magnetic properties inherent to the generated high frequency, the loss is about 1/10 of the silicon steel sheet, non transformer in power quality with harmonic voltage crossing operation conditions, iron loss can reduce the harmonic effect.
2. To reduce the effect of harmonic generation, can make full use of the capacity of the transformer, in order to reduce equipment investment costs, and increase the stability of the system
