This rotary dryer is mainly used to dry wood powder, pellets, sawdust and other small materials

Introduction of rotary drying machine: This rotary dryer applies to material such as rice husk, sawdust, wood chip, bagasse,and wood powder, etc .

The rotary dryer is consist of the feeding device,rotary cylinder,transmission parts (motor, reducer ,gears),roller,roller base,discharge device,blower etc.

Working principle of the rotary dryer:

1.The wet material enters into hopper by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor, then into the rotating drum cylinder through feeding pipe .

2.The wet materials flows smoothly into rotating cylinder because of the gradient.

3.Under the high temperature from the heating stove and the effect of the steering plate and the rtation of the cylinder, the materials can be dried well in the cylinder of the rotary dryer.

4.After the drying process,the dried materials come out from discharge port of the dryer machine.

5.The cyclone catchs a slight of oddments,and the induced draft fan makes the materials cool and discharges the hot air.
