Sliding Elastomeric Bridge Bearing is a basic buffing material that absorbs and blocks the noise, vibration and shock to the structure. The coefficient of friction for the displacement of upper plate due to contraction by temperature and drying and warping and for the rotary movement generated from entering vehicles' weight is minimized. And it is designed and developed to accommodate the displacement and deformation generated horizontally.
As a method of shutting off the heat delivered from the outside and upper/lower part of shoe plate, it is aiming to lengthen the life and elasticity of the elastomeric bearing. 4 exposing faces of the elastomeric bearing is coated with special liquid fluorine rubber. And the hardening and aging phenomenon of the elastomeric bearing due to the air temperature, air contact, acid rain, etc. are minimized.

Product Description:
The Sliding Elastomeric Bridge Bearing, a material for bridge structure, was developed to minimize the deformation of bridge structure with methods such as air cooled GT, sheet to block the high temperature, heat isolation punching, EM sheet, etc. to upper/lower steel plates of bridge bearing and to maintain and lengthen the elasticity through preventing deformation and displacement such as hardening, aging, isolation of steel plate from rubber, etc. caused by continued solar heat, welding heat, air temperature, air contact, etc. on the upper steel plate basically.
This is completely different buffer device from metal disc bearing. The sliding method is applied to minimize the frictional coefficient due to temperature contraction, dry contraction and rotating displacement due to the entering vehicles' weight.
When applying vertical load that can accommodate deformation and displacement such as horizontal/vertical load of the upper/lower bridge structure, earthquake, vibration, moment, etc. to elastomeric bearing with compression function, then there occurs expansion phenomenon toward both sides along with compression deformation. Reinforced bearing restrains deformation of rubber and increase the resistance force also supports vertical load and reduce the expansion capacity.

Bridge bearing is good for bridge structure as a buffer device.
