Product Description

WLD Brand Textile Printing Auxiliaries Chemical Auxiliary agent Smoothing Agent

The product is a three polysiloxane copolymer emulsion that is modified by the latest block, which is a softening agent of environmental protection. It can make fabric soft and smooth, which is applied to handle finishing for synthetic fibre, natural fibre and blend fabric.

Features and Advantages

1. Make fabric soft and smooth

2. Adsorpt and penetrate uniformly into the fabric interior; good elastic resilience

3. High stability; Resist hard water and electrolyte; basiclly eliminate the phenomenon of roll-sticking

4. Have little effect on color light, whiteness and color fastness

Application

Applied to handle finishing polyester fibre, nylon, acrylic fibers and other synthetic fibres;

Applied to handle finishing cotton, linen, silk and blend fabric

Reference Dosage

Dip-molding: Smooth softening agent 0.5 – 4%

Dip rolling: Smooth softening agent 5 – 40g/l

pH Value	6.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility	Disperse in water in any proportion
