1. The gravity tool system of railway wheel consists of cutting inserts with tangential and a replaceable tool holder.
2. This type of insert can withstand high temperature stress caused by large cutting depth.
3. The main processing models of rigid alloy train wheel hub gravity processing series inserts are LNMX 191940, LNMX301940, 175.32-191940, 175.32-301940, etc.
4. The cutting edge length of LNMX 191940 is 19.05mm, the effective cutting length is 15.05mm, the cutting edge length of LNMX301940 is 30mm, the effective cutting length is 26mm, and the circular arc radius of the blade tip is 4.0mm.
