Veinas epe foam machine
Veinas Epe foam deep processing machine

It is mainly used in bonding upper and lower epe foam by ironing, instead of traditional bonding machine bond by hot glue and hot sol.

The working Principle is very easy, upper EPE will be iron by our high temperature heating plate, and 1~3 mm EPE foam will be removed by ironing, then laminated together with the lower EPE quickly.

Advantage:
1, double working station, improve work efficiency
2, two working station operated by one person, saving labor and production cost.
3,do not need hot melt glue, saving glue cost.
4, microcomputer control,easy to operate.
