Waste oil in a ship is regularly removed by an incinerator. Heating coil inside Waste oil sett/serv tank & M.D.O. tank improve oil liquidity. Hot steam goes through the heating coil keeping tanks warm while outside of the tank is also kept warm by insulation materials.

Waste Oil Sett/Serv Tank and an incinerator forms a module unit with M.D.O. tank storing marine diesel oil for an incinerator operation purpose.
