TG4011 is high thermal conductive silicone, curable, can keep the using silicone state long term under temperature -60~250℃. Have good electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, low oil separation, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance. Non-toxic, unscented, non-corrosiveness, have stable physical and chemical properties.
TG4011 silicone is widely used forcoating electronic products , contact area between heating units (power tube, silicon controlled rectifier, electrothermal reactor,etc.) and radiating units(cooling fin, heat sink strip,shell,etc. ), functioning as heating medium and have dampproof, dustproof, corrosion proof, shockproof effect meanwhile.
TG4011 adhesive shows perfect thermal conductivity to thermogenic electronic element , like : transistor, CPU, circuit board, thermister, temperature sensor, automotive electronic parts, car refrigerator, power module,thermal head,etc.)
