How to Install

- -You need Skype account and messenger installed in your PC to use Live Chat feature.
- -Please download & install Skype Messenger and create Skype account.
(* If previously a MSN user, you can sign-in with the MSN account to merge.)
- [1]Go to MyEC21 > Basic Services > Live Chat Setting and click "Download Skype" button to start Live Chat.
(Skip this if already a Skype user.)
- [2]Sign in to Skype with your Skype Name & password.
* You can also sign-in with your Microsoft account or Facebook account.
* You may need to install the latest version of Skype to sign-in with your MS or Facebook account.

Enter Your "Skype Name" below exactly to show your presence and receive messages.
Forgotten your Skype Name? Not to worry, it's easy to look up. If you registered using your Microsoft or Facebook account, you can look up your Skype Name in two simple steps.
- [4]Updating your Skype privacy settings
Skype buttons let people easily contact you, wherever they are. However, since they are unlikely to be in your Contacts list, you will need to allow Skype to receive calls and instant messages from anyone.
