• Where is the buyer database sourced?

  There are over 60 sources of buyers, including:

  • Buying leads and buying inquiries from EC21.com
  • Exhibitions and other related partner websites
  • Collected from websites of trade organizations
  • Commercial lists purchased by EC21

• Is the buyer information reliable?

  EC21 regularly checks the validity of buyers’ e-mail addresses.
  Sent messages have a success rate of over 80 %. The 20% of addresses are regularly removed from the database.

• When am I likely to receive replies from buyers?

  We recommend you to send inquiries continually for at least 2~3 months to receive replies.
  You should also include full and accurate details of your offer in your mail.
  Do not use the following in your inquiry title, as buyers will consider them spam and block them before opening.

• Can I see the e-mail address of buyers?

  To see the full email address of buyers, click the “View Details” button in the buyer search results.
  You will then see a “View Full E-mail Address” button that you can click to see the full e-mail address.
  
  “View Full E-mail” has a monthly limitation, however. As a Trade PRO member, you can view 60 e-mail addresses of buyers per month.
  Please note, you can still send 60 inquiries per day without viewing the full email address.
  
  If you use all your monthly credit, new credit will be created on the first day of the following month.

• What if there are no results after I send inquiries?

  This may sometimes happen, especially if you have a unique product or a serve a niche market.
  If you contact us we may be able to provide additional advertising in the Featured Products (main page Ad section) or additional buyer information.

• Would you tell me the inquiry sending limit per day and per month again?

  Depending on your current premium membership, you can send your inquiries up to the credit as shown above. For example,
  if you are a Trade PRO member, you may send your inquiries up to 60 per day in 600 per a month max. 'A month' means the period from the 1st day to the last day of the month. Viewing E-mail Address works same as well.

• If I send 10 inquiries today, how can I be sure I do not send inquiries to the same buyers the next day?

  When you search for buyers you will see “First Date of Inquiry Sending” next to buyers you have already contacted.
  You can therefore see which companies you have sent inquiries to before and when you contacted them.

• Why is the global buyer information not classified by date in search results?

  Buyer search results are listed in order by most recently updated information on EC21.com. For example, if there are 200 buyer search results, No. 1 is the most newly updated information while No. 200 is the oldest information posted.

• Are there any success stories?

  Yes, there are many success stories.
  
  Although EC21 does not track inquiries sent directly to sellers, when monitoring the number of incoming inquiries we found many inquiries from buyers.
  In addition, some sellers who made successful transactions send us their success story.

• Can I buy data from the buyer directory without being a Trade OK or Trade PRO member?

  Yes, if you send us your main product's keywords (5~10) and export target countries, we will extract and send you data from the buyer list in an excel file.
