We have received fraud reports from some buyers who did not receive products after making payment by Wire Transfer, Western Union or Zelle.
When making payment to overseas sellers, therefore, we recommend that you use Payoneer or Paypal.

Payoneer powers global commerce by providing services for receiving/making international business payments, managing funds.
1. Request payment by invoicing your clients.
1) Sellers must register for a Payoneer account.
(No need for buyers to register Payoneer account)
2) Sellers navigate to ‘Receive’ tab > ‘Request a Payment’ and enter the amount and due date.
3) Buyer gets notified and can pay sellers directly into their Payoneer account by
Credit Card(fee: 3%), Local Bank Transfer(fee: 1%), ACH bank debit(fee: 1%).
* Eligible Payment method may vary by country. Fees shown above are the maximum and may be lower.
2. Sellers get paid (Buyers make payment) with (to) local receiving accounts.
1) Sellers must register to Payoneer to get your local receiving accounts.
(No need for buyers to register Payoneer)
2) Buyers request sellers to send their local receiving account details.
3) Buyers simply can make local bank transfer.

A Letter of Credit is the preferred payment method. However, there is some possibility of fraud due to incorrect or forged shipping documents. Minimize the risk of potential frauds by contacting the L/C issuing bank.
Be sure to check the L/C number, opening date, opening place, name and address of the issuing bank, shipping date, valid date, loading and unloading port, applicant, period of presentation, amount, as well as details of transshipment, partial shipment, etc

Avoid pre-payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer payment, Bank Wire Transfer) |

|
|
It is unwise to accept an overseas supplier's request for pre-payment. In most cases, a request for T/T payment involves attempted fraud.

Avoid pre-payment by Western Union or Zelle |
|
|
|
|
|
Western Union, Zelle or MoneyGram is a widely used payment method; however most of the fraudulent cases reported to EC21 involve payment via Western Union, Zelle or MoneyGram. After a buyer sends funds, the receiving breaks contact and party disappears. You cannot trace the real name of an account holder with a wiring service such as Western Union.
