We are happy to announce that EC21's Inquiry System has been transformed into a communication and transaction tool that helps buyers find products, connect with sellers, negotiate a deal, and pay, all within the EC21 website.

The new Inquiry System allows buyers and sellers to negotiate detailed trade attributes such as price, quantity, and shipping information, and even to message each other directly. Using Payoneer Escrow, buyers and sellers can trade safely, knowing that money is held safely and will be sent to the seller only after the goods are successfully delivered to the buyer.

Our enhancements to the Inquiry System allow for greater communication, more efficient negotiation, and better outcomes for buyers and sellers on the site. With a more efficient and secure process for trading online, users of EC21 are sharing in our excitement and expect to receive more orders.

We have added an e-commerce capability to three categories of goods on the EC21 marketplace : Agriculture, Minerals & Metallurgy, and Manufacturing and Processing Machinery.
That means you can sell and place orders directly on EC21, and make or receive payments online.
