Dear All EC21 members,

Please be cautious of a person trying to hack EC21 members' account by impersonating EC21 staff.

We've been reported that there is a phishing call pretending to be EC21 staff and asking our members their account information such as email address and password.

You might see the caller ID is 82-2-6000-4393 which is my office phone number. The person is trying to call by manipulating the phone number.

Please note that EC21 never ask you directly for personal or account information via phone call or email. Therefore, disregard any calls or emails claiming to be from EC21 that request such information or direct you to a different website that asks for such information.
