While many suppliers are having a hard time meeting big buyers, buyers also experience the difficulty looking for matching quality suppliers. Moreover, these buyers tend to knock on EC21's door directly to request for reliable information on the matching quality suppliers.


In this concern, EC21 has launched Smart Matching Inquiry service to source out matching quality suppliers among Premium Membership suppliers on behalf of the buyers.


With this unique enhanced feature, Premium Members will have more opportunities to get connected with real-time buyers and buyers will have better choices in choosing quality suppliers among the matching ones.


For Buyers to Receive Smart Matching Inquiry from Matching Suppliers,
- When sending an Inquiry to a supplier upon Products or Selling Leads, simply confirm the check box is [√] for the "Send me quotations from Premium suppliers of same product category." option.


For Suppliers to Receive Smart Matching Inquiry of Real Time Matching Buyers,
- Upgrade to Premium Membership (Trade PRO or Trade OK).
- Post your Products. (Post now!)
- Wait until you receive an Inquiry alert via email.
- If receiving an Inquiry alert, go to My EC21 > Check New Inquiries.
- The Source type of the inquiry will appear as "Smart Matching" at the Inbox Inquiry list if a Smart Matchinig Inquiry.
