Please be aware of phishing inquiries. These phishing inquiry senders are the phishing scammers who pretend to be your important buyers in the inquiry message. These phishing scammers tend to ask you to visit their websites and sign-in with your email account in order to see their requirement. All members please be cautious with these phishing inquiries.

In order to prevent you from becoming a victim of these phishing scams, here are some tips for you to distinguish regular inquiries from these phishing inquiries.

• Details on Requirements
    Many buyers usually provide detailed information on their requirements when they inquire/send you with RFQ. If you don't see any name of your product on an inquiry message, you should suspect first.

• Check the Web Address
    Of course, buyers can give you the link URL of the webpage where their requirements were posted. However, if you need to visit the webpage, you must check the web address whether if the URL address looks legitimate or not. First, compare the domain name with the company name. A legitimate company normally has a same domain name as their company name. Second, try different directories of the web address to see if it works. Let's say phishing URL is "http://centersoft.hut1.ru/samples/info.htm" Then, you should check "http://centersoft.hut1.ru/samples" as well in order to distinguish the legitimacy of the site. Phishing sites usually tend to have only login page on that given URL webpage.

• Try a fake password
    If you not sure if a site is authentic, don't use your real password to sign in. If you enter a fake password and appear to be signed in, you're likely on a phishing site. Do not enter any more information; close your browser. Keep in mind, though, that some phishing sites automatically display an error message regardless of the password you enter. Therefore, please know there can be exceptions.

What should we do if receiving phishing inquiries?
You should report the phishing inquiries by using the "Report Scam" button appeared on "My Inquiry > Inbox"
or "Inbox > View Message" or simply Contact Us to submit the report directly to us.
