Good News for EC21 Live Chat Users!
Since Last 6 months, EC21 Live Chat service had not worked properly for the members who newly registered for MSN Live Messenger due to its recent API Upgrade. For instance, 'Online' status didn't turn on although a member was actually online.
However, we resolved this issue now and it's working fine!
Moreover, we've added a new Live Chat Setting menu to MyEC21 so that members can easily check their Live Chat connection status as below.
Now, any members can chat with thier business partners real time via EC21.com once again.
