Steps to upgrade your EC21 account
- Please visit www.ec21.com
and sign in - Go to MyEC21
from the top menu - Click the
‘Upgrade Now’ button - Choose your preferred service
(Trade PRO or Trade OK)
then click Upgrade Now. - Click the Terms of Service,
select your plan, and choose a
payment method. - Upload your Business License
and Identification for verification. - Finally, review your order details
and confirm your upgrade.

2) Select your service duration – 1 year or 6 months

3) Confirmation of your order

4) Select payment method
- When you choose your preferred payment method, detailed payment information will appear.

In the case of Credit Card payments, your membership will be upgraded automatically after payment is processed.
If a Wire Transfer is utilized, please send us the copy of transaction receipt to vipsupport@ec21.com.
After we have confirmed the receipt, we will upgrade your membership.
