We are able to make customized reactors as per clients demand. The uplimit volume of the reaction kettle produced is 30m ³, The highest pressure is 52MPa, and the ultimate vacuum is 6 * 10-2MPa. The form of shaft seal includes magnetic transmission static seal, packing seal, mechanical seal, and heating methods include infrared electric heating, jacket circulation steam/thermal oil heating, and thermal oil electric heating. The main materials of the kettle body are 0Cr18Ni9 (S30408), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (S31603), 0Cr18Ni10Ti (S32168), and nickel and nickel alloys, Hastelloy (C-276, C-22, B-2), titanium (TA2), and zirconium materials can be produced according to different media requirements, PTFE and various composite materials are sprayed inside the kettle, and high-pressure reaction vessels, fermentation tanks, feeding tanks, heat exchangers, homogeneous reactors, and non-standard chemical equipment are produced with matching stainless steel and carbon steel. The size of magnetic couplers and reactors can be selected according to the user's medium and process requirements.
