API Standard Non-Magnetic Heavy Weight Drill Pipe (HWDP) used in Directional Wells

Heavy weight drill pipe (HWDP) /Drill Rod/Drill Stem is a tubular pipe which adds weight or acts as a transitional piece in the drill string. As a transitional section of the drill string, generally it is placed between the drill collar and standard drill pipe, which is used to reduce fatigue failures.

Our Heavy Weight Drill Pipe (HWDP) is available in standard, spiral and non-magnetic (P530, P550, TWZ-3, W2020N, W2018N, SLW-2) designs, which is manufactured from F166/N1813 low alloy cast steel and fully heat treated. Our Non-Magnetic Heavy Weight Drill Pipe is characterized with good low permeability, high tensile mechanical properties and excellent intergranular corrosion resistance. The production processing strictly conforms to API Spec7-1 and SY/T 5146 criterion. All physical properties adhere to the latest API Spec 7.
