JT-Plate Polishing Machine

It is mainly used for polishing large planes of various materials, such as composite sheet, grinding of composite front carbon steel sheet and surface polishing of composite sheet. Especially suitable for polishing and drawing of stainless steel plates. Due to the grinding method and the grinding method of the workpiece, the length of the workpiece is almost unlimited, and the bed and the guide rail can be changed accordingly.

Product Features
1. The machine tool consists of a grinding head group, a beam, a grinding head transverse feeding mechanism, a grinding head longitudinal feeding mechanism, a roller set, a track, a bed body, a pneumatic system, and an electric control system.

2. The grinding head group is two sets of constant pressure floating belt grinding heads for coarse and fine grinding of the workpiece.

3. During the processing, the longitudinal feeding mechanism drives the beam to advance along the length of the workpiece with the grinding head, reaches the end of the stroke, the grinding head automatically lifts the knife, and makes the lateral feeding, and then the grinding head reverses the driving for grinding. At the end of the stroke, the grinding head automatically lifts the knife, feeds in the direction, and then reverses: the cycle is repeated until the surface to be ground of the workpiece is ground.

4. Due to the grinding method and the grinding method of the workpiece, the length of the workpiece is almost unlimited.
