TECON Aluminium props are used as individual props and in combination with TECON Alu-deck formwork as shoring towers or load towers under tables.

High load capacity,the high permissible leg loads of up to 90 kN
Well thought-out details,with self-cleaning thread,trendsetting Adjusting Nut and continuous adjustability
Time-saving length adjustment,due to the integrated measuring tape on the inner tube which shows the complete length of the prop
Practical wedge connection,for the Alu-deck Frames completely without any time-consuming bolted connections

Start collar screw
By employing the start screw thread for the inner tube adjustment with the cast steel collar screw enables height adjustment of 36mm for each revolution which is 25% faster and 3 times in adjusting efficiency compared to adjustment for conventional steel prop.

Self cleaning threading
TECON Aluminium prop inner tube pattern and thread design ensuring self concrete cleaning function and the screw running free without jam even in extremely contaminated condition.

Built-in safe stopping device
The prop also provide a safe stopping device to provide the inner tube slide out accidentally during unscrewing adjustment.

Height indication tape
Inner tube equipped with indication or measuring tape allowing fast pre-adjustment and reduce labour time spent on measuring and levelling.

For individual prop and shoring tower under table formwork.
