The automatic linear vial washing machine consists of the main structure, covered with SS cabinet safety acrylic doors (optional), an in-feed turntable, washing nozzles, an out-feed conveyor, pumps with the tank, filter housing and cartridges, pneumatic components, motors, and gearboxes, and an electrical panel with an AC drive, a PLC, and an HMI (optional).

Salient Features:

1) The linear vial washing machine is compact and versatile, made as per GMP norms.

2) The structure is made of MS and SS304

3) The contact parts are made of stainless steel 316L.

4) Rigid, vibration-free construction for trouble-free performance

5) The washing section is covered with an acrylic cabinet, which is easy to clean.

6) Simple machine to operate

7) All exposed parts are made from SS 304, hard chrome plated, or brass for a long, corrosion-free life.

8) The six sets of nozzles enter the vial's mouth during the washing operation, ensuring penetration of the washing media to the core and a perfect washing principle.

9) Fixed top nozzles in each washing station ensure external washing of vials simultaneously with internal washing.

10) The flow of washing media stops during the chain index and saves 25% on utilities.

11) The system of solenoid valves and optional tanks, pumps, and filters is engineered for long, trouble-free life and foolproof operation.

12) Four inner wash (Including one air wash, two inner wash with recycled tray) & one outer wash
