Outdoor sandblasting operations, closed-room sandblasting operations used in mobile sandblasting machines with pressured air.

Pressure Sandblasting Pot - Technical Specifications:

Working Pressure: 7 Bar Abrasive Type: Steel Grit, Steel Ball, Garnet, Glass Globe (glass sand) etc. Air Consumption: Lt / min is given in the table below.

What is a Pressure Sandblasting Pot?

A pressurized sandblasting machine is a kind of sandblasting machine which can be taken as a mobile wherever it is used outside, sandblasting of non-transportable surfaces (buildings, large steel structures etc.). In addition, sandblasting rooms can be used for sandblasting large pieces. Since it works with air pressure, it also needs a compressor.

We have 230 lt and 300 lt standard sandblasting pots. In addition, we can supply different sizes of blasting pots according to the need. All spare parts and equipments are available in our company. We provide Sandblasting Masks, Sandblasting Gloves, Sand Blasting Hoses and Bor-Carbide Sand Blasting Nozzles which are required to ensure that the sandblasting operator is not affected by the environment.

Sand Blasting Pot Usage Areas:

In order to provide the required surface roughening before painting and coating, this system is used in areas where cleaning and decorative shape is desired. The main uses are: in shipbuilding industry, foundry industry, automotive, marble, textile, glass, pipe, manufacturing and assembly industries.

Compressor Features Required for Sandblasting Pots:

Motor power: 37kW - 50 Hp, Air Flow: 6,25 m3 / min, 7-8 Bar pressure, a compressor with the required features is necessary. It is recommended that the compressor is a screw compressor.

Standard Blasting Pot Sets are shipped with the following equipment:

* 1 remote control valve

* 1 quick silencer * 1 water trap regulator

* 1 remote control handle

* 1 sand flow diverter "Y" fittings

* 1 set of barbed fittings
