Production process

Insert the door gasket in welding mold, pressing the switch (or step on the pedal),then the welding machine automatically complete the following actions: heating plate rising ---- ---- return the heating plate ---- the transverse clamping ----- automatically cut off the excess material ---- longitudinal open mold ---- manually remove the gasket.
