The balance vessel is an essential component for differential pressure measurement of boiler water level. It is combined with a differential pressure transmitter and an indicator control unit to form a closed-loop control system for boiler drum water level and feedwater quantity. It can reflect the true water level in the boiler drum and realize its control and alarm functions. Balance vessels can be divided into double-chamber balance vessels, single-chamber balance vessels, and built-in double-chamber balance vessels. Our company has formed a series of products including low-pressure, medium-pressure, high-pressure, super-high-pressure, and subcritical pressure. Product selection can be determined based on the pressure, temperature, water level observation range, normal operating water level, and steam-water center distance in the drum of the boiler.
