This method is to measure a rate of growing before/after internally administer subject to female rats of 3-week old for 5 weeks, and also measuring length of bone in foot by using Microknemometerin order to evaluate its efficacy for growing. (HermanussenM et al., 1995)

Pediatric department of Kyung heeoriental medical center has conducted human experiment on growing in stature of kids subject to 90-odd male/female kids aged between 8-12 years for 12 weeks, by administering liquid-type of products included patented materials for growing in stature, 2 times daily, and checked out their weights, statures, growth hormones, other related factors before/after internally administeration.
