LED Illuminated Menus
Our LED Illuminated Menus actually Glow, light up and illuminate well enough to see the menu items in a completely dark area, restaurant or venue. They use transparent printed inserts that can be changed when needed. Typically lasting 8-10 hours before needing to be recharged, our LED Illuminated Menus feature an auto off switch when the menu is closed. We have the one page, 2 pages, 3 pages, 4 pages menu covers in different sizes which are sold everywhere. These are also known as light up menu, glow menu, light up table menu and illuminated menus.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long it will take to make my order?
Our factory has a certain amount of inventory.
(1) Standard samples are available in stock, could be sent with 1 -2 workdays after confirmed the samples value.PS: If need special imprint logos on samples, the lead time is 3 - 4 workday after paid.
(2) Mass production of Standard items will be shipped 7-12 workdays. Any customized orders take a bit longer in production than regular custom orders. however, we try to compress the production time as best as we can with 10 -15 workdays.
Can i have my logos on the cover?
We provide 3 decorating options (1) Silk screen (2) Foil Stamp (3) Blind emboss
There is an additional fee of 0.35 - 1.0USD per piece when a logo is specified on the order and a logo mold fee $50.0.

What's your payment terms ?
No orders will be processed until we received payment. Our company accept payment via Bank Wire transfer / Western Union / MoneyGram.
The orders will be processed after deposit. For the samples order, we do request 100% paid before production.
We do not accept credit card payment/PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
How long does the battery last?
The Menu if left opened will last 10-12 hours before the battery needs to be recharged.
The menu turns off when closed to help conserve battery life. So, in most operations the menu will only need to be charged once or twice a week depending on the usage.
What happens if I spill water on the menus?
Like all electronics, water and electronics don't play well together. Wipe the water immediately or Use the hair dryer to make sure it complete dry before use again.
What type of paper should I use for the insert?
We recommend using a translucent paper, vellum or backlit film. Usually, we don't provide the paper unless the clients have this requirement.
Can I customize the Cover Material?
The standard material is a Black Imitation leather, we also accept the special request on covers. Due to the cover material is vary. pls contact us for more information. we will quote you base on your requirements.
Is there a warranty?
For the LED menu, we provide a 6-months warranty on electronic element under regular usage. Pls note that we sometimes require damage products to be returned for inspection. (if the product becomes defective within one year of purchase. pls understand the lifetime of our products depends on how frequent they are used or how well our clients take care of them.)
Are the lighted LED menus rechargeable?
Yes, our lighted menus are rechargeable. we provide multi charger. Also, we provide the single charger.
RETURN/REFUND/CLAIMS:
We are not responsible for any product damaged during shipment. (crushed box, water damage, tec) nor any liquid damages.
CHARGER INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Each Charger is able to accommodate up to 10 units of rechargeable items.
(2) A rechargeable unit does not need to be completely dead to be recharged.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend cleaning the menus with a clean, damp (not wet) cloth. Please air-dry after cleaning.
Do not clean the menus with strong detergent and avoid water spills over the panels.
