组合爆破片由拱形爆破片和密封膜等组成。爆破压力由爆破片拱面表面裂纹和孔的弱化结构控制。当使用凹形接触介质时，凸形侧面对排出侧。当系统过压时，爆破片会沿着薄弱的环节伸展并破裂，释放压力，从而起到保护系统安全的作用。
