With the adoption of 30W RF Aluminum tube( Coherent, U.S), and ultrapulse in scaning mode, OPTIMA C 3 enables to give better effects in treatement without carbonizations, which is one of the most serious hazards in traditional CW based fractional laser treatment. The adoption of powerful water based cooling system, also guarantees its maximal performance, casue Optima C 3 is not influenced by out-side temperature.
Its unique cooling system overcomes the biggest handicap of power down symptom, which most commonly observed in air cooling based co2 fractional lasers.
Current CW or Superpulse based lasers in fractional mode have long-pulse durations due to their constant low-pulse profile. These long-pulse durations cause heat conduction in the tissue resulting in wide, inconsistent thermal damages. While CW and Superpulse based fractional lasers allow for maximum tissue involvement, they offer lots of thermal damages with hhe least amount of consistency and patient comfort.
But, The Premium UltraPulse Based Laser in fractional mode provides sustainable high-pulse power, delivering quickest, deepest penetration in skin tissues. Average RF Tube in Co2 Fractional laser is in air cooling system which air cooling fan is attached to RF Tube. But, air cooling system is not enough to cool down the temperature of RF Tube itself. Heated RF tube becomes one of the main reasons of laser power down symptoms.
