1.Application Of Cold bonding glue

Cold bonding glue is suitable for cohesion of rubber-rubber, rubber-metal, rubber-fabric & fabric-fabric.Same with SC2000 from Rema tip top.

2.Production instruction

	1.Cold Bonding Glue can polish the bonding surface and cleaning.
	2.when used for rubber-metal bonding, should polish metal surface, cleaning,and brush metal primer.
	3.mixture adhesive and hardener, brush two times; after first time dry, then brush second time, bonding it after second time slightly sticky, Compaction, driven out of the bubble(if the second time brush is dry, then can brush one more time)
	4.mixture ratio:adhesive:hardener=100:5
	5.Cold Bonding Glue should be used out within 2 hours if mixture
	6.It also can be used for pulley lagging, conveyor belt joint, repair and so on

3.Product details Of Cold bonding glue

Cold bonding glue has superb performance to be used for repair of conveyor belt, cold splicing of conveyor ends, pulley lagging ect.Same as SC2000.

4.Notes Of Cold bonding glue

*Working temperature: higher than 10°C
*Humidity:less than 90%
*After base adhesive and the hardener mixed, it should be used out within two hours.
*In order to ensure the bonding quality, please test before use it.
*Avoid contact with skin while using Cold bonding glue.
