Characteristics
Cold rolled special strip is named high carbon steel strip, which contents carbon 0.20~1.5% and special alloy steel included Mo, Mn, Cr, V, Ni,. Their main applications are suited for machine parts in need for improving fatigue limit by the heat treatment such as carburizing, quenching & tempering.
With control of chemical contents, non-metallic inclusion and spheroidizing, the manufacturing characteristics guarantee workability & Heat treatment ability required by customer. It should be sternly managed more than mild steel strip in gauge control system and flatness control system, which is essential to main uses of machine parts. Therefore we have changed 4hi-Mill into 6Hi-Z-Mill for innovation of production process.

1. Thickness check point must be on any points of 10mm and over from the edge, incase of 20mm under in width, it must be on center point of width.
