Our color masterbatches include mono-color masterbatches and custom-made color masterbatches:

Mono-color Masterbatches
a) Mono-color masterbatches for fibers are a competitive product of our company, It mainly used as raw material for Multi-color masterbatches and combined with resins before spinning for colorating purpose. Our annual production capacity is over 5000 tons, with markets worldwide.
b) Mono-color masterbatches are produced by blending the pigments with polypropylene or polyethylene through twin-screw extruder and then granulating.

The features of mono-color masterbatches are:
a) The pigments in the mono-color masterbatch are well dispersed, the average diameter of pigment particles in the mono-color masterbatch is less than 300nm.
b) The pigment can be well dispersed in PP or PE with a content between 30% and 70%.
c) Mono-color masterbatches are supplied as chips, clean and environmently-friendly.
d) Producing multi-color masterbatches from our mono-color masterbatches is quick and easy, requiring low equipment investment and the manufacturing environment is clean.
e) Suitable compounding ratio for multi-color masterbatches, directly blending before spinning.

The applications of mono-color masterbatches are:
a) Manufacturing the color masterbatches.
b) Coloring the polymeric fibers.
c) Making various kinds of plastic products.
