Product Name : Color-varialbe Silica Gel (PY-P,PY-O)
Appearance: spherical or irregularly shaped particles
Characteristics: It can be divided into two types according to different apperrance of purple and orange. Its main component is silicon dioxide and the color varies as humidity changes: Purple silica gel (PY-P) shows orange-red, light orange-red, light orange when RH20%,RH35%,RH50%; Orange silica gel(PY-O) shows light brown-yellow, light brown green, light blackish-green when RH20%,RH35%,RH50%. This product performs all the functions of blue silica gel but does not contain cobalt chloride and is therefore innocuous and pollution free.
Use For : It mainly used to indicate the moisture content, can be used as humidity indicator in natural gas separation and drying process. It can be used alone or mixed with other silica gels.
