Product description:

This type JPXP-160 Copper busbar straightening machine is mainly used for leveling the copper or aluminum busbar before cutting bending punching. It makes the busbar more straightness and easier to cutting bending punching. It is easy to operate and high production efficiently. So it is an ideal processing equipment for electrical appliance manufacturing of high and low voltage.

Main Characters:

1.It is a roller-type leveling machine. Fast speed, high efficiency, easy to operate, no need to install.

2.It uses a curvature compensation tech, comparing with a traditional one, it improves the condition of work piece slipping and makes the bear stress more neat and save a half energy.

3.It adopts chain trans-missing way, replacing a traditional speed-changing gear box and a connecting rod and so on. Simple structure, operate smoothly, high efficiency, maintenance easily.

4.It adopts double hand wheel adjusting mode, convenient and quickly. The machine has 4 foot-wheels, easy to move.

5.It adopts 11 roller structure, two motor drive. It improves the condition of work piece slipping, saves electricity and keeps the work piece in good quality.
