The SPS CORE CHISEL is a special chisel with a hard steel core inserted into the chisel. It is designed so that it can be used sharply pointed for a long period of time. Low in wear rate and long in durability life, the SPS CORE CHISEL gives the benefit being lower replacement costs.
Because its hard core the chisel point is kept ever-sharp. The peripherical chisel body surrounding the core wears at a faster rate, ensuring the chisel point remains sharp and therby delivering maximum impact and penetration at the impact point. The benefit being improved work efficiency.
