1. General description
Cuttable Flex Premium is an ecologically proven polyurethane film with matt, reflection free surface, and is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. Cuttable Flex Premium can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles.

2. Advantage
âÂÂCuttable Flex Premium is very good elongation, It is ideal heat seal transfer for all high stretch products such as: Lycra,Polyester,Nylon, Spandex,Neoprene.performance products are idealfor:Swimwear,Active sportswear,Tagless size codes & care content labels, Biking wear,Jogging Gear ,Aerobic Wear ,Team Sports
âÂÂCuttable Flex Premium with a self-adhesive polyester liner, enables a reposition.
âÂÂThe raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals
âÂÂWashable and color brilliance for professional expectations
âÂÂ The soft, elastic carrier film offers a comfortable textile touch and convinces due to high wearing comfort.
3. Cutting plotters
Cuttable Flex Premium can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use a standard 35°knife.
4. Processing.
a. Set heat press machine at 155-165°C, for 15 second using moderate pressure.
b. Briefly heat the fabric for 5 second to ensure that it is completely smooth.
c. Before transferring, cut out the lettering.
d. Place transfer film onto fabric with the lettering image facing downwards
e. heat press machine at 165°C, for 15 second.
f. Peel the Carrier-polyester film starting at the corner.
5. Washing.
Wash inside out in cold water. do not use bleach.
