Cutter suction sand dredger /mud drag/dredging platform/desilting dredge/

1. Application:

1) Used in river, channel, dam, port for sand mining, mud dredge, desilting, offshore dredging, estuary clearance, or large land reclamation.

2) Can be used in clay area, or the river bed is hard, there are few tree root or rubbish also can work.

2. Structure:

1) This cutter suction dredger is designed to operate in sheltered inshore waters and under tropical climate or cold winter conditions.

2) She is of all welded steel construction, with 2 fixed spuds on the aft, ladder support A frame in the front and 3 hydraulic operated or 5 electric operated winches for dredger swing working.

3) The whole dredger is dismountable in road transportable sections.

4) The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store.

5) Engine room and pump section are accessible by watertight hatches

6) Cutter shaft runs on roller type bearings in an enclosed shaft housing flooded with lubrication oil a lock oil tank to ensure a positive pressure inside the bearing housing is located on top of the wheelhouse.

7) The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed fitted on a raised platform with all around non obstructed view ,2 operators consoles containing engine instrumentation and controls for winches, dredge pump, suction and discharge pressure gauges, navigation light controls, air-conditioned and well insulated .

8) Below the control cabin is a changing room located with table, chairs and washbasin ( for bigger dredger)

9) The underwater section of the dredger is protected with a marine coating system and cathodic protection for use in a saltwater environment

10) Anchor boom is optional configuration.

3. Performance:

1) Water flow: 500-8000 cbm/h

2) Digging depth: 1.5-37m

3) Discharge distance: 100-4000m ( long distance need booster pump)

4) Engine: Cummins, Weichai, Jichai, other brand

5) Sand pump: top quality
