DAM Low Gravity Precise Dual Caster
DAM Series Caster is specifically designed for automated guided vehicles(AGV).Low gravity,high load capacity, precise swivel raceway.Dual wheel casters improving rotate flexibility under extra capacity and ensure swivel quiet.Applied for continuous operation with good wear resistance.
Features:

1.Top Plate&Yoke - 5.75mm Thickness High Quality Steel;

2.Raceway - Flat ball bearing&Precise ball bearing;
3.Finish - Closed processing is performed after zinc plating on fork surface;
4.Load Capacity - 450KG-600KG

DAM Series Feature:
This series applied to strictly demanding for mounting height and heavy load capacity equipment. Suitable for long term continuous operation under 5km speed.Excellent low rise heat polyurethane material.Continuous heavy duty,silent and non-marking operation. When polyurethane work it's surface keep about maximum 78 centigrade temperature.Swivel dual caster wheel have high load heavy duty capacity.Good rotate flexibility and yoke swivel quiet.Ideal for automated guided vehicles(AGV) and total weight 1500KG moving equipment.

Horn base rotating raceway use thrust ball bearing combined with deep groove ball bearing.Advantage is better precision for rotating flexible and quiet operation.One-step stretch formed fork legs have good appearance and not easily deformed.Closed processing is performed after zinc plating on fork metal surface and continuous salt spray test till to 76 hours. Maximum load capacity of the bracket is 600kg. Suitable for the equipment requiring low gravity and high load capacity.Applied to power drawn equipment under low speed.
