DG02-D Oxidizing Liquid/Time-Pressure Test Apparatus

Purpose and standards

1.  This apparatus is compatible with both oxidizing liquid tests and time/pressure tests.

2.  The oxidizing liquid test apparatus is used to measure the potential of a liquid substance to increase the combustion rate or intensity of a combustible material when fully mixed with it or to form a mixture that may spontaneously ignite. The time/pressure test apparatus is used to determine the ignition effects of a substance under confined conditions to assess whether ignition at pressures typical of commercial packaging could lead to explosive deflagration.

4.  The oxidizing liquid test apparatus complies with the following standards:

5.  The time/pressure test apparatus complies with the following standards:

u  GB/T 21579-2008 Dangerous goods - Test method of time/pressure;

Technical parameters

1.  Working environment: -5℃ to 45℃, <95% RH;

2.  Pressure vessel: Cylindrical stainless steel pressure vessel with a length of 89mm, outer diameter of 60mm, and side-mounted pressure sensor;

3.  Pressure measurement device: Rapid response to pressure changes from 0 to 3 MPa within 5ms;

4.  Pressure measurement range: 0~3MPa, pressure measurement accuracy: ±0.1% F·S;

5.  Rupture disk: 0.2mm thick aluminum disc, bursting pressure: 2200 kPa;

6.  Timing accuracy: ±0.001ms;

7.  Time/pressure test ignition system: Nickel-chromium wire;

8.  Oxidizing liquid ignition system: 25cm long Nichrome wire, with the diameter of 0.6mm, and resistance of 3.85Ω/m;

9.  Apparatus dimensions (L×W×H): 680mm×510mm×480mm.

Functional features

1.  Broken wire detection: Detects the current amplitude of the heating wire during the test; automatically alarms if the current amplitude is below the standard 10A or drops to zero;

2.  Equipped with an active pressure relief system. If the rupture disc fails to burst, the puncturing head will pierce the disc to release pressure;

3.  The pressure vessel is made of 316L stainless steel, featuring splash-proof design to effectively prevent sample leakage and contamination. It is a cylindrical pressure vessel with a length of 89mm and an outer diameter of 60mm;

4.  Adopts flip-top door structure, with the front door adopting an electromechanical interlock structure and the back equipped with a pressure relief port;

5.  Equipped with a pressure sensor that is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, shock, and strong corrosion, ensuring stable operation;

6.  Equipped with a high-precision and high-frequency response pressure detection system, with high precision in data acquisition and pressure acquisition frequency, allowing real-time pressure change detection;

7.  Supports delayed start and remote wireless ignition control for the instrument, ensuring the safety of test personnel;

8.  Equipped with a red emergency stop button, which can directly cut off the power to protect the safety of testing personnel in case of accident;

9.  Features automated testing process, including automatic recording of raw data, plotting time-pressure curve, and automatic judgment of test results;

10.  Supports one-click export of Excel test reports, including data, results, and analysis reports;

11.  Enables face recognition and account password login, with the option for dual-person authentication and hierarchical permissions;

12.  Embedded with an industrial PC motherboard, 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen, pre-installed with professional operating software;

Supports both wired and wireless networking. A single computer can remotely control multiple instruments via wired or wireless networks, enabling centralized data storage and management.
