. Features

a. Excellent beam quality

Beam quality of optical fiber marking machine is less than 2 while beam quality of semiconductor marking machine is less than 6, and optical fiber marking machine uses base model (TEMOO) output, focus on the spot diameter 10um. Divergence Angle of optical fiber marking machine is only 1/4 of diode pumped laser marking machine.

b. Low cost

Electromechanical light conversion efficiency of optical fiber marking machine is up to 35%, while the highest electromechanical light conversion efficiency of semiconductor laser marking machine is only 18%. The whole machine consumption of optical fiber type is less than 500W, which is only as 1/10 as lamp pumped solid laser marking machine. So it greatly saves energy consumption expenditure.

Optical fiber type uses laser diode as pump source so the average working time can reach 100,000 hours, but semiconductor type can only reach 10,000 hours.

e. Fast processing speed

Optical fiber marking machine adopts digital galvanometer while semiconductor laser marking machine uses simulated galvanometer. So the processing speed is as 3-12 times as semiconductor laser marking machine, which makes more precise marking appearance.
