ABOUT PCSD
Penile Circumcision Suturing Device (PCSD) is the first patent of invention used in urology field and andrology fields from 2009 in China. It's a medical device that combines ablation and suturing simultaneously, simplifying the convertional circumcision process and definitively solving the problems of dehiscence and edema brought by traditional "ring circumcision method". With the natural detachment of the staples, patients don't have to go back to hospital afterwards.
ABOUT THE SILICA GEL COLLAR
The silica gel collar represents one of the crucial innovations of the PCSD technology because of these advantages:
1. Keeping the staples aligned during and after deployment
2. Preventing possible staples ingrowing into tissue
3. Stimulating the natural detachment of the staples
PRODUCT FEATURES

3. Surgery time takes about 7 minutes.
4. StapIes begin to fall off spontaneously after 20days from the surgery.
5. In case of partial detachment of the staples, the doctor will be able to complete the
process using the dedicated remover supplied.
APPLICABLE PATIENTS
Patients with redundant prepuce or with phimosis.
COMPARISON AMONG PCSD, RING CIRCUMCISION METHOD, CONVENTIONAL MC
POST-OPERATIVE CARE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Doctor directives and prescriptions are mandatory to be followed.
2. After surgery, wound should be wrapped directly by fitostimoline gauze then wrapped over with traditional gauzes for two or three days, Wear comfortable clothing.
3. One week after surgery, wound should be disinfected twice per day.
4. Alcohol, seafood and spicy food additives should be avoided till the recovery is completed.
5. Sexual activity should be avoided till the recovery is completed.
CONTRAINDICATION
1. Patients without routine medical and blood test checks.
2. Patients with genital malformations.
3. Patients with surgical area affected by inflammations.
