Main Parts for Double Boomer Arm Jumbo Drilling Machine
1.1 Hydraulic System
The whole hydraulic system is independent research and develop by Aivyter. It has been tested to maximize the capabilities of the rock drill. Whole rock drill is propelled,impacted and rotated by hydraulic control. It is faster reaction rate,lower failure rate, lower rod and drill loss compare to electric hydraulic control.
1.2 Mechanical arm boom
After many times practical test, the mechanical arm has good impact resistance, bending resistance ability. It was operated easily and has high sensitivity.The arm adopted triangle structure.It has better accurate positioning and better stiffness feature.
Boom System: Full hydraulic double triangle retractable boom,single stage stretch,retracting stroke 1600mm,big arm lift 70°,decline 30° .Big and small arm can be leveling automatically.Large range of working face:Single boom advancement height can be 9700mm.
The arm can adopt 3700/4300/4915/5525/6400 rods according to client’s requirement, the propulsion is using aluminum alloy frame.
1.3 Engineering Chasis
Good rigidity,high strength,engineering axle,hydraulic transmission box,stable performance, low failure rate, maintenance easily.
1.4 Engine
129KW turbocharged engine,strong power,climbing slope>18°,good passability,minimum ,ground clearance400mm.
1.5 Rock Drill
