测试设备功能：

The door hardware durability test machine is customized according to the customer's requirements for durability test of hinges (included conceal hinge), door closer, mortise lock, Dead lock and panic exit device. The test doors are actuated by air cylinder with monitor and sensor. And test door mass, opening speed, closing speed and door opening angle can be adjusted according to test requirements. If test sample failed, the equipment can stop test door automatically. The equipment includes a touch screen to set, control and display the test cycles.

Optional test procedures:

1)Door hinge test: with hinges mounted, without latch, push the door to open and pull door to close via air cylinder and actuating arm

2)Door closer test: with hinges and door closer mounted, without latch, push the door to open via air cylinder and actuating arm and release door to close under action of door closer.

3)Exit device test: with hinges, door closer and exit device mounted, push the push/touch bar to release exit device via air cylinder and release door to close under action of door closer.

4)Door lock test: with hinges, door closer, lock and lever mounted, (optional: via Step motor operate cylinder to project and extract deadbolt), via step motor rotate the handle to release latch, via air cylinder push door to 200mm opening and release door to close under action of door closer.

5)Door lock & Door closer test: with hinges, door closer, lock and lever mounted, rotate the handle to release latch via motor, via air cylinder and driving arm push door to 90 degrade opening and release door to close under action of door closer.

Specification:

a) Frame：50 square steel tube and baking finish；
Mounting post 80 square steel tube with three mounting positions, suitable for butt hinges and concealed hinges

b) Test door：50 square steel tube and baking finish

1 test doors: about 40kg（up to 200kg，additional load as requested）

c) Hinge plates: two sets of replaceable hinge plate.

d) Door closer mounting base: one set of wooden block for surface mounting. One set of adjustable tube for concealed door closer mounting.

e) Equipment size：L1.2m x W0.8m x H2.5m ；

f) Operation space：1.2 m x 1.6 m x 2.5m；

g) Test door size： 1100mm x 2050mm；

h) Key or lever operating angle: 0~720°settable in 1°increment

i) Door opening angle：0~90°±5°(adjustable)

j) Power supply: AC 220V 50Hz 1kw, power overload circuit breakers and electrical earth-leakage protection

k) Emergency stop in both side of machine to power off equipment immediately

l) HMI：7”touch screen, UI in English

m) PLC: Panasonic, test parameter setting, fault monitoring and shutdown, record and save.

n) Test standards： EN 1154

In 2020, it will develop and launch the smoke box suitable for batch testing of alarm production line. The equipment has accurate constant smoke control function, which solves the problem of low production and detection efficiency of enterprises.
