XDT-Y-01 explosion-proof point type smoke fire detector, non-code switch type (relay output) detector. Detector adopts infrared scattering principle to detect fire, the circuit is mainly composed of infrared emitting part and receiving part, the transmitting tube and receiving tube are placed in the optical dark room, the optical dark room can shield the interference of external stray light, but does not affect the smoke into. In the smoke-free state, only receive very weak infrared light, when there is smoke into, due to the scattering effect, so that the received light signal is enhanced, when the smoke reaches a certain concentration, can output alarm signal.

Feature of Explosion-proof point type smoke fire detector

1) Excellent explosion-proof performance: the use of this safety flameproof compound structure, explosion-proof mark is Ex db ia IIC T6 Gb, to meet the explosive gas environment requirements of class ⅡC T6 temperature group, built-in safety grid and through special process treatment, to ensure stable work in flammable and explosive places.

2) Advanced core detection technology: The use of infrared scattering technology and advanced optoelectronic devices to improve the sensitivity, stability and consistency of the sensor, and the response threshold range is highly accurate.

3) Strong environmental adaptability: working temperature range -10℃~+55℃, humidity tolerance ≤95% (no condensation), suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other high-risk industries. The case is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is resistant to corrosion and durable.

4) Flexible configuration and compatibility: Support normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) passive contact output, suitable for all kinds of fire alarm controllers at home and abroad. The number and size of inlet can be customized to meet different installation requirements.

Convenient and safe maintenance design: alarm reset needs to be powered off and restarted to avoid misoperation; The bottom adopts sealed structure, dustproof and insect-proof, prolonging service life.
