PLA Non-woven bag is a green product, tough and durable, beautiful appearance, good air permeability, reusable, washable, silk screen advertising, long service life. The product is made of non-woven fabrics. It is a new generation of environmentally-friendly materials that are moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, lightweight, non-combustible, easy to decompose, non-toxic, non-irritating, rich in colors, low in price, and recyclable. The material can be naturally decomposed for 90 days outdoors, placed in an interior for a period of up to 5 years, non-toxic, odorless, and free of any remaining matter when burned, so that it does not pollute the environment and is internationally recognized as an environmentally friendly product that protects the earth's ecology.

Corn fiber is used as a raw material for the manufacture of non-woven fabrics, which can be ultrasonically pressed and sewing into different sizes:  shopping bags, product packaging bags, vegetable and fruit protection bags, fertilizer bags, etc. Used in agriculture, supermarkets, electronics, etc. After the product is discarded, the cost of disposing of the waste is reduced because it is fully biodegradable to water and carbon dioxide after composting, which is the best alternative to tradition plastic bag.

beginning to the end. Our factory has gained BV/BSCI, Intertek, SGS authentication.
2. Q:What material you can use to make a sample?
A: normal 80-120gsm PP nonwoven fabric, PLA non woven or as customized
3. Q: Does your company have any factory audit?
A: Yes, we have done Avon Audit on Quality and Social compliance, BV/BSCI report, several SGS testing report and bags and material, and our factory has own BV certificate.
4. Q: What is your production capacity in one month?
