Thermal Silicone Pad has excellent thermal conductive and electrical insulation performance,can meet most electronic products thermal insulation requirements.

The material is soft, good compression performance, good thermal conductivity and insulation performance, the thickness of the adjustable range is relatively large, suitable for filling the cavity, both sides have natural viscosity, strong operability and maintainability;

Working principle:

The basic working principle of thermal conductive silicone pad is the combination of its filling
gap and thermal conductive function. Electronic components generate a lot of heat during
operation,if the heat can’t be dissippated in time, it will cause the component temperature to
be too high,then it will affect the performance and life of the equipment.As there’re usually small bumps or gaps between the surface of electronic component and the heat sink, the direct contact area between the two is limited, and the conduction efficiency of heat is therefore limited. It is by filling these gaps that the thermal conductive silicone pad increases the effective contact area between the electronic components and heat sink, thereby greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency.
