1. Names: HKJ-450 and HKJ-610 type pellets complete production line

The line contains the pre-mixing, magnetic concentration, crushing, dosing and mixing ny persons or computer, pellets making, cooling system, screening, finished pellets packing and electric control cabinet simulation system. The capacity per year is 15000-30000 tones, the power is 160-460kw. The performance of the set is very stable, the operation and maintenance are very convenient.

2. Name: HKJ350 type pellet complete production line

The line contains the following process: crushing, mixing, tempering, pellet making, cooling and drying, screening and packing. The capacity per year is 10000 tons, the power is 143kw. The process flow is sequential and reasonable, the performance is good. Structure is compact, the floor area is small, energy consumption is low and the efficiency is high.

3. Name: HKJ300 pellets complete production line

The line contains these processes of crushing, mixing, pellets making, cooling and drying, screening and packing. The capacity per year is 4000-6000 tons, the power is 120kw. The process flow is sequential and reasonable, the performance is good. Structure is compact, the floor area is small, energy consumption is low and the efficiency is high.

4. Name: HKJ-250 type pellets complete production line

The line is consisted of the crushing, mixing, pellet making, cooling and drying, screening. The capacity per year is 3000-5000 tons, the power is 67kw. It doesn?t need the steam, low investment and high profit.
