Application:
HFFR-OP-1 is a high efficiency halogen free flame retardant additive for flexible polyurethane foams. It is a high molecular weight oligomeric phosphate ester which has excellent heat ageing performance, low volatile, low odor. It is particularly recommended for automotive and furniture applications where resistance to migration upon ageing is a requirement of the flammability standards used. And it is also typically recommended for the production of flame retardant foams required to resist ignition from low intensity flame sources as described in Federal Motor Vehicles Safety Standard No.302 and also to meet California Bulletin 117 requirements. Owing to its high efficiency, its dosage required for the same flame retardancy is almost 50% lower than traditional flame retardants.
Storage and Packaging:
HFFR-OP-1 is very hydroscopic. Please keep containers tightly closed and prevent the ingress of moisture or other forms of contamination. Store in dry ventilated place. 250kg net drum.

Performance and Purpose
Flame retardant DEEP is a new highly efficient organic phosphorous flame retardant, it can be widely added in a variety of rigid polyurethane foam, including rigid foam recipe in all kinds of foam system.
Its flame retardant efficiency is 1.5-2 times of TCPP, DEEP is low viscosity, do not contain halogen, the chemical stability is very good in the in the polyether diverse alcohols and isocyanate two-component system.
At the same time it is with efficiently reduced viscosity, improve water foaming hard bubble and the operation in rigid polyurethane foam system. The dosage of DEEP can be as high as 20-25, accord with flame retardant standard B2. It doesn't fit in with isocyanate components, prepolymer and mono-foam plastic.

Performance and Purpose
DMMP is a new phosphorous series additive flame retardant. Being colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, this product features high phosphorus content, good flame retardant performance, fewer addition, low price, convenient usage, low viscosity and many other special advantages; it is able to dissolve in water and many organic solvents.
This is an excellent flame retardant developed in the world in recent years, and a state-level new product in China, This product is widely used in polyurethane foamed plastics, unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin and other polymer materials.
After using DMMP, its products have better self-extinguish ability, plasticization, low temperature and ultraviolet stability than other flame retardants. As a substitute for traditional flame retardants, it is especially suitable to products and spray-finishing of transparent or light graceful colors,it's the upgrading of traditional flame retardants, the reference dosage is 5-10%.
This product can also be an intermediate of organic synthesis, extract of rare metals and so on.

Performance and Purpose
Flame retardant TCPP is colorless to yellowish oily liquid, which is soluble in organic solvents including benzene, alcohol, ester and carbon tetrachloride. At 20℃，its aquatic solubility is 1.6g/l.
This product is insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Chlorine content is 32.5%, and phosphorus content is 9.5%.Since this molecular has phosphor and chlorine elements at the same time, its flame retardant performance is very notable; meanwhile, this product is plasticized, moisture-proof and antistatic.
Therefore, it belongs to add-on flame retardant. This product applies to the flame retardant of PVC, polystyrene, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, rubber and coating. It is generally used with antimonous oxide, in order to enhance the flame retardant efficiency of antimonous oxide, in which its application amount is about 10%.

Performance and Purpose
Flam retardant TCEP is mainly used in flame retardance of polyurethane soft and rigid foamed plastics, as well as petroleum additive.
Due to its good plasticization, this product is widely used in cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose varnish, ethyl cellulose, PVC, polyvinyl acetate, polyurethane and phenolic resin. These products have self-extinguish ability, their physical properties are improved, and they feel soft. It is also called petroleum additive and extractant of rare-earth elements.
Moreover, this is a main flame-retardant material to produce flame-retardant cables, anti-corrosion tarpaulin and flame-retardant rubber conveyer belts. Generally, its addition is 8-20%.
